You can use any of the following methods to order from Malolo Blue Water Tackle:
Online
Submit your order using our online order form. In order to protect the privacy of your order information, we use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts all data sent to us.
Ordering online is easy. Simply click the Order Now button located under the product you have selected. This in turn takes you to our secure online order form. Here you enter your name, address, payment information, and product selections onto the form. You then click the Submit Online Order button and the order is transmitted. Once your order has been sent, Malolo Blue Water Tackle will confirm its receipt by email or phone.
Phone
Orders may be placed over the phone by calling (714) 633-8305 or toll free at 1-(866) 625-6568. Our business hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time on Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays..
Fax
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (714) 633-8305. You may want to print a copy of our online order form to use as a fax template.

Orange, CA 92859Print a copy of our online order form and use it as you would a traditional catalog order form. Please be sure to include your check, money order or credit card number and expiration date.
Shipping and Delivery
Our preferred method of shipment is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, though other methods and carriers are available upon request. Actual shipping charges will be added to all orders as we do not attempt to profit from shipping. If you are paying by check or money order, please contact us by email at shipping@malolotackle.com or by phone toll free at 1-(866) 625-6568 to obtain shipping charges prior to submitting order or payment. No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment. Most orders will ship within two to three business days from the placement of the order. Malolo Blue Water Tackle will not ship any order C.O.D. A signature of the recipient is required for most packages. Malolo Blue Water Tackle is not responsible for any package left without a signature.
Payment
You can use any of the following payment methods:
Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover
All credit card orders must include cardholder's name as it appears on the card, telephone number, billing address that credit card statement is mailed to and expiration date of the card.
Personal Checks
Checks must clear our bank before orders are shipped.
Money Orders / Cashier's Checks
Must be payable in U.S. funds.
Wire Transfer
For payment by Direct Wire Transfer, contact us for pertinent account / routing information. Customers are responsible for any bank fees or costs that pertain to said transfer.
All duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
California residents will be charged sales tax of 7.75%
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us postage prepaid within two weeks of purchase. Products cannot be returned without prior authorization. Authorized returns will be refunded for the entire amount less shipping charges.
